Homewood Suites by Hilton Jacksonville-Downtown/Southbank

Everything was clean we had 5 people and 1 pet so we rented a suite and it was plenty of room for us. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was really good! We stay in Jacksonville overnight on our way to naples fla. I pack my tops with the hangers still on them and I bring then out and hang them in the closet even for just an overnight stay. I forgot to put my shirts back in my bag and didn't realize it until we got to our rental house in naples. So I called homewood and they found my shirts and shipped them overnight to me in naples. I was so thankful they went above and beyond to get me my clothes so I wouldn't have to stop by there on my way home. We will most definitely stay here again on next yesrs vacation!

Beautiful hotel in great location, unfortunately had a plumbing leak through ceiling to front desk during stay but staff worked very hard to keep guests safe and mess cleaned up.

I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast due to me wanting to relax.. The fan in the room over the bed was full of dust so I had to leave the fan off the whole time I was there.. Other than that I had a GREAT stay..

Breakfast was continental but better than most. Grits, eggs, sausage and coffee with a selection of juices. The pools were clean and the gym was nice.

Friendly staff, clean property and rooms, comfortable bed, close to downtown and the waterfront with fountains and area to walk along waterfront! Short drive over bridge to heart of downtown, near Vystar theater and Jaguars stadium.
